We source from China's manufacturing base and use a data-driven selection and operations system to put the right products in front of consumers in Southeast Asia, North America and Australia.
Rather than claiming “10+ marketplaces”, which nobody can verify, here are the five we operate on today.
TextilesBedding, towels, curtains, rugs, cushion and sofa covers
Home & livingStorage, cleaning, kitchen, bath and small-appliance accessories
Sports & outdoorsFitness, cycling, camping, watersports and accessories
Home improvementHardware, plumbing, electrical, lighting, wall and floor materials
Tablets, capsules, gummies, powders. We own several supplement brands in North America, focused on specific wellness segments.
Cross-border e-commerce is the main line today. Our Thailand warehouses are the fulfilment base underneath it. Shared massage chairs are the business we started with. The offline chains and the Rayong industrial park in Thailand are run separately at group level — see About us.
Selling China-sourced products at scale in emerging markets, driven by a data-led selection and operations system.
A self-built, self-operated fulfilment network in Thailand, covering the whole country.
Shared massage chairs We entered the shared massage-chair market in 2016 — the first business this company ran. Around 10,000 units are in service today (as of June 2026), across 3,000+ partner venues. The business runs normally and we continue to take on new venue partners.
If you own a factory or a brand in textiles, home goods, outdoor gear, home improvement or supplements and want a dependable channel into overseas markets, this section is for you.
Everyday-demand categories that can be standardised and shipped by sea. Own factories and brand owners only — we do not work with trading companies.
Handled directly by our Shenzhen headquarters team. No middlemen.
We do not publish numbers that cannot be checked. Everything below is verifiable in public registries.
We believe data and AI can substitute for experience. So we do not ask for ten years on a CV. We ask that you read data, use systems, and make those systems smarter.
Business data, decisions, post-mortems and progress against targets are visible to everyone. Anyone arguing for secrecy has to justify it — the burden of proof sits with confidentiality, not with openness.
No decisions made behind closed doors. Open roles and team-lead vacancies are posted internally first; external hiring starts only after that window closes.
Revenue, category profit and loss, and next quarter's priorities are shared with everyone. You see the whole picture, not just your square of it.
We co-fund AI courses, put paid AI tools in the hands of managers, and hold a monthly learning session where people teach each other.
We publish what we got wrong as well as what worked.
