Tablets, capsules, gummies, powders. We own several supplement brands in North America, focused on specific wellness segments.

What we do

One company, several business lines

Cross-border e-commerce is the main line today. Our Thailand warehouses are the fulfilment base underneath it. Shared massage chairs are the business we started with. The offline chains and the Rayong industrial park in Thailand are run separately at group level — see About us.

01 / MAIN LINE

Cross-border e-commerce

Selling China-sourced products at scale in emerging markets, driven by a data-led selection and operations system.

  • Thousands of live SKUs — textiles, home & living, sports & outdoors and home improvement in Southeast Asia; health supplements in North America and Australia
  • Data-driven product selection and dynamic pricing — not one buyer's instinct
  • Five marketplaces across three market regions, run in parallel

03 / WHERE WE STARTED

Shared massage chairs We entered the shared massage-chair market in 2016 — the first business this company ran. Around 10,000 units are in service today (as of June 2026), across 3,000+ partner venues. The business runs normally and we continue to take on new venue partners.

Suppliers

The kind of supplier we are looking for

If you own a factory or a brand in textiles, home goods, outdoor gear, home improvement or supplements and want a dependable channel into overseas markets, this section is for you.

What we buy

  • Textiles, home & living, sports & outdoors, home improvement — Southeast Asia
  • Health supplements — North America & Australia, a separate track

Everyday-demand categories that can be standardised and shipped by sea. Own factories and brand owners only — we do not work with trading companies.

What working with us means

  • Repeat volume purchasing, not one-off trial orders
  • Clear payment terms, agreed by category and stage of the relationship
  • Real overseas sales and review data shared back with you
  • One counterparty giving you access to five marketplaces across Southeast Asia, North America and Australia

Ten years, three chapters: six years in the sharing economy, four running two tracks

2016–2021Sharing economy · first six years
Entered the shared massage-chair market, rolled out sites across China, and raised from angel through Series A. In 2020 the pandemic shut down the venues our machines depended on and the business slid into difficulty.
2022Cutting losses · the pivot begins
The old model had stopped working. Heavy losses, a shrinking team, loss-making lines shut down — and the cross-border push formally began. Independent site, Amazon, several Southeast Asian markets, outdoor goods in Thailand: five attempts, four failures, until the fifth worked — home goods in Thailand.
2023–presentTwo tracks · the last four years
Self-built warehouses in Thailand went live and, in the same year, the Pengpeng offline self-service entertainment chain was founded. The Amazon business restarted, cross-border GMV passed RMB 100 million, and the model is now replicated market by market — cross-border e-commerce and offline chains running in parallel.

Careers

Ordinary people can grow into people who carry a business

We believe data and AI can substitute for experience. So we do not ask for ten years on a CV. We ask that you read data, use systems, and make those systems smarter.

Information is open by default

Business data, decisions, post-mortems and progress against targets are visible to everyone. Anyone arguing for secrecy has to justify it — the burden of proof sits with confidentiality, not with openness.

Promotion criteria and outcomes are public

No decisions made behind closed doors. Open roles and team-lead vacancies are posted internally first; external hiring starts only after that window closes.

Quarterly business review, company-wide

Revenue, category profit and loss, and next quarter's priorities are shared with everyone. You see the whole picture, not just your square of it.

The company pays towards learning

We co-fund AI courses, put paid AI tools in the hands of managers, and hold a monthly learning session where people teach each other.
